What Is The Prasouda Diet?


The Prasouda diet is also known as the Mediterranean diet, is an ancient healthy eating plan which is historically based on one of the healthiest diets you can find anywhere in the world. The Prasouda diet is considered excellent for weight loss, for lowering blood pressure and cholesterol and for it’s many exponents having very low incidences of heart attacks, cancers and strokes. The Prasouda Diet has been tried and tested over hundreds of years, and it just plain works!

    Prasouda Diet – Free Diet Plan!

    Although we are happy to offers lots of information regarding what foods can be eaten in the Prasouda Diet, we are also happy to offer the free daily diet plan below, which will give you some excellent tips. If you follow this Prasouda diet plan you will start to look and feel better in as little as 7 days.

    Detailed Prasouda Diet Plan

    Sunday

    Breakfast:

    - Grapefruit, Apple or Banana
    – 1 slice whole wheat toast with low fat spread
    – A glass of orange juice (fresh is better if possible).

    Lunch:

    - Avocado Salad (Green Beans, Lettuce, Tomatoes & Avocado) with glass of water.

    Afternoon Snack:

    - Fresh fruit (apple, banana, orange etc)

    Dinner:

    - Baked Fish, such as seabass with lemon butter & chives
    – Roasted Potatoes (roast with a spray olive oil – much less fat)
    – Fresh Green Beans Steamed with Almonds
    – 1 x Glass Red Wine

    Breakfast:

    - Fresh Melon with Bran Muffin and a glass of apple juice

    Lunch:

    - Banana Boat Salad (1-scoop Tuna salad, along with 1-scoop low fat potato salad, plus 1 scoop- low fat cottage cheese (placed inside of a banana split dish). Put lettuce on the bottom. On top of the salads put a cherry tomato.
    – Whole-wheat crackers and glass of Ice Tea

    Afternoon Snack:

    - Fresh Fruit

    Dinner:

    - Baked Chicken in a spicy tomato Sauce
    – Fresh Spinach steamed or boiled
    – White or brown rice
    – Slice whole wheat bread
    – Cup of sorbet (flavor of your choice)
    – Glass of White Wine, Berry Juice, or Your choice (not beer!)
